Should Your Kid Take Creatine?
Share
A lot of kids ask me if they should take creatine to gain weight. And my answer is usually the same—yes, you can… but let’s not skip steps.
Creatine is a solid tool. It helps with muscle growth, strength, and recovery. But it only works if the foundation is already in place.
That means:
-
Eating enough real food consistently
-
Training hard with structure
-
Sleeping and recovering properly
If those things aren’t already happening, creatine won’t do much. It’s not magic.
So before you go buy it for them, ask yourself—are they already doing the basics?
If not, start there first.
Supplements should support the work—not replace it.
