From College Strength Rooms to Your Screen

My name is Daree Ajibade, mostly known as Coach Ree. I've spent my career in the weight rooms and on the fields of some of the most respected athletic programs in the country—from the University of Arizona and UC Berkeley to working with NFL athletes at House of Athlete. Throughout this journey, I've noticed one consistent problem: high-quality athletic development is simply not accessible to most young athletes.

Elite Experience Meets Practical Application

With a Master's degree in Nutrition Science and certifications as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), USA Weightlifting Coach, and Corrective Exercise Specialist, I bring both scientific knowledge and practical experience to youth athletic development. I've had the privilege of:

  • Training retired NFL athletes as the lead trainer for "The Breakfast Club" program under the NFL Trust
  • Working with elite athletes like Will Barton, Sharif O'Neal, JT Thor, and Geno Smith
  • Serving as the Athletic Performance Coach for UC Berkeley's football program
  • Implementing cutting-edge sports science technologies and methodologies at Division I universities
  • Developing comprehensive nutrition protocols for collegiate athletes

From Elite Coaching to My Own Gym

My journey has evolved from coaching at elite institutions to establishing my own training facility where I work with hundreds of youth athletes and sports leagues across South Florida. This hands-on experience has allowed me to develop, test, and refine training methodologies specifically for young athletes at various developmental stages.

Working directly with these athletes and their families has given me invaluable insights into the real challenges they face:

  • Youth athletes trying to improve but lacking proper guidance
  • Parents wanting to support their children but unsure where to turn for reliable information
  • Coaches with good intentions but limited resources for implementing progressive development

Why I Created This Online Platform

After seeing the impact of my in-person training programs, I recognized that geographic limitations and scheduling constraints prevented many families from accessing this knowledge. I created this online platform to break down these barriers and democratize athletic development information.

This digital resource center specifically addresses:

  • Parents who previously had no access to expert guidance or didn't know where to look
  • Athletes in underserved communities without access to high-quality training facilities
  • Families juggling multiple commitments who need flexible, on-demand resources
  • Coaches seeking science-backed methodologies they can implement with their teams

I believe that every young athlete deserves access to the same level of expertise that I've provided to collegiate and professional athletes—regardless of their location, financial resources, or current skill level.
