  • Weight training

  • Sprinting

  • Throwing

  • Jumping

  • Core work

These aren’t just “nice to have” add-ons. These are staples. Foundational. Non-negotiable if you're trying to maximize your athletic potential.

Now let me be clear—I’m not saying you need to hit all five in every workout or even every week. That’s not realistic, and it’s not smart programming either. But across the phases of your training—off-season, in-season, pre-season—these need to be in the mix.

If you're skipping one, you're leaving gains on the table. Plain and simple.
